Abstract

Sustainable agriculture is essential for ensuring global food security, especially as the world faces challenges like climate change, soil degradation, and population growth. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the agricultural sector by introducing smart technologies that support efficient and environmentally friendly farming practices. This paper explores how AI can support sustainable agriculture to meet rising food demands while preserving resources. It examines traditional farming, the meaning of food security, the role of AI technologies in farming, and both the benefits and risks of this digital transformation. The paper concludes with recommendations to ensure inclusive and responsible AI adoption in agriculture.
