Abstract

Perovskite based oxides are synthesized by a solid state-reaction technique. By review it is found that the field dependence of electrical conductivity of the samples is measured in the temperature range of 30°C-400°C and in the frequency range of 100Hz-5MHz. The low frequency dielectric dispersion corresponds to DC conductivity. Ac conductivity measurements have been widely used to investigate the nature of ionic motion in ionically materials such as perovskite based oxides ceramics.
