A CO RELATIONAL STUDY OF AGGRESSION AND MENTAL HEALTH AMONG ADOLESCENTS OF PUNJAB
Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the relation between Aggression and Mental Health among adolescents of Punjab. A total sample of 116 adolescents from different areas of Ludhiana were selected for the study through random sampling. A study used a validated questionnaire to measure the Aggression and Mental Health among adolescents of Punjab. So, the results of the study revealed that there exists a negative relationship between Aggression and Mental Health. Adolescents who reported high level of Aggression have lower level of Mental Health. The finding also implies that adolescents who exhibit higher levels of aggression tend to have poorer mental health. Keywords: Aggression; Mental Health; Adolescents.
