SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF 1,2,4-TRIAZOLE DERIVATIVES
Abstract
Heterocyclic compounds, particularly those containing nitrogen, have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their diverse pharmacological properties. Among these, 1,2,4-triazoles and their derivatives have emerged as promising candidates owing to their broad-spectrum biological activities, including antimicrobial, fungicidal, herbicidal, and anti-inflammatory effects. This study focuses on the synthesis of novel 1,2,4-triazole derivatives and their evaluation for biological efficacy. The synthesized compounds were characterized using spectroscopic techniques and tested for their potential applications in agriculture and medicine. The results demonstrate that these compounds exhibit significant biological activities, highlighting their potential as therapeutic agents.
