FOOD TRACEABILITY SYSTEM USING BLOCK CHAIN
Abstract
Abstract- Globally, the issue of food safety is getting increasingly critical. People need a reliable food traceability system that can track and monitor the entire food production lifespan, including the operations of food raw material cultivation/breeding, processing, shipping, storage, and selling, among other things, in order to address the technical aspects of food safety issues. In this work, we provide a block chain-based food traceability system that is open, trustworthy, self-organizing, and ecological. It incorporates all stakeholders in a smart agriculture ecosystem, even though they might not trust one another. In addition, we intend to employ smart contract technology to assist the law enforcement official in identifying issues and resolving them promptly.
