Abstract - Understanding the Essence of Machine Learning: Exploring the Power of Algorithmic Learning and Adaptation without Human Intervention. Machine Learning is a data-driven approach that leverages sophisticated algorithms to identify patterns and trends in data, making predictions and improving performance based on experiences. It is mainly concerned with automating the learning process to enhance algorithms, with a focus on Linear Algebra and numerical optimization. Machine Learning enables the efficient processing and analysis of large datasets, yielding quicker results through the integration of cognitive technologies. This review paper aims to elucidate the core concepts of Machine Learning algorithms and their diverse range of real-world applications through comparison and analysis.
