Abstract
This research delves into the dynamic role of cyberspace in the realm of human rights advocacy within our increasingly interconnected global society. It delves into the intricate interplay between technology and human rights, shedding light on how online platforms facilitate collective action for societal and political transformation. Through an analysis of concrete case studies, this study evaluates the impact of internet-driven activism on the promotion of fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, privacy, and social equity. Furthermore, it offers fresh insights into the ethical and legal dimensions of digital activism, underscoring the importance of a comprehensive human rights framework to guide and regulate online mobilization efforts. In doing so, this article enriches the discourse on the evolving landscape of modern mobilization, emphasizing the critical need for sustainability in these endeavours.
