Abstract
This study explores gender differences in work-life balance in the context of India's private sector. It examines the unique challenges and experiences faced by men and women in achieving a balance between their professional and personal lives. The research investigates the factors influencing work-life balance preferences and decision-making processes of both genders, and explores the role of organizational policies in promoting gender equity and supporting work-life balance. By understanding gender differences in work-life balance, organizations can develop strategies to create a more equitable and inclusive work environment that addresses the specific needs and challenges faced by men and women.
