AN ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH BANKING SECTOR (WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO ICICI BANK IN INDORE)
Abstract
The banking sector is essential to the growth of our economy. In India, banks serve as a catalyst for efforts to create a rabid, purposeful environment. Positive and notable transformation has occurred in the banking sector in the growth of industry and agriculture. In a bank, providing customer services entails meeting clients' requests appropriately and on schedule. Customer service is one of the most crucial aspects of the banking industry nowadays. Without consistently gratifying the majority of its customers, no bank can expand successfully. Without customers, a bank cannot advance. In all banks, customers are the essential raw materials. One disgruntled customer leaves, followed by another. Good customer service is the only way for banks to compete, thus "salesmanship" and "courtesy" should be the staff members' two watchwords. The nation, as well as the client, benefits greatly from the bank's services. The success of this study's efforts has been evaluated. Keywords: Economic, Development-Customer Service in Bank.
