INDIA’S DIGITAL INNOVATION

Abstract

The world has become a global village every nation and its citizens want to be connected with others which is possible only after the technological revolution so the programs like Digital India Campaign have the potential to achieve this goal. Digital India Campaign is launched by the Government of India to revolutionize the country by empowering the internet and strengthening its technology. This program has been developed by launching various schemes like Digital locker, National Scholarship Portal, e-Health, e–Education, e-Sign, etc. Digital India aims to transform the country into a digitally–enabled society. It is started to develop effective coordination between the Government of India and its people by developing different projects under the campaign. Hence, an attempt has been made in this paper to understand Digital India – as a campaign where technologies and connectivity will come together to make an impact on all aspects of governance and improve the quality of life of citizens.
